alors je suis partagé entre mettre 5 etoiles et 1 etoile.j'ai acheté un short de protection powerslide pour le roller et malheureusement malgré avoir suivi le guide des tailles le short taille trop grand et les protections ne font donc pas leur effet.je suis conscient que j'achète par internent et qu'il peut y avoir une erreur sur la taille mais les 14 jours sont dépassés pour renvoyer mon short et je vais donc devoir en racheter un.sinon prix et livraison tout à fait correct et large gamme de choix.

Nous aurions préféré que vous soyez partager entre nous contacter par téléphone ou nous contacter par email pour demander quand même un échange. En effet votre commande est du 05/02 et votre avis du 05/03, un mois après... vous avez pris du temps pour vérifier les tailles une fois le matériel reçu.
Il n'y a pas de tableau de taille dans notre fiche produit puisque seules tailles qui sont indiquées sont S/M/L/XL (nous allons voir avec la marque pour obtenir un tableau de tailles si ils en ont), je ne sais donc pas où vous avez pu trouver un tableau de tailles?
Ceci étant dit, nous sommes toujours prêts à arranger nos clients, même si le délais est dépassé vous pouvez renvoyer le short de protection pour demander un échange (le remboursement ne passera pas puisque le délais est largement dépassé), nous pourrons donc vous le reprendre si il est neuf et avec son emballage d'origine, ensuite nous vous ferons un avoir que vous puissiez commander autre chose de votre choix.
Je vous transmet cette information en privé, en parallèle, afin que vous puissiez nous recontacter en ce sens.

standard omni v2 feels comfy. i like that plastic is flexible. makes jumping, crouching and keeping forward balance easier. and its nice looking skate.there are some downsides though. liner is bit too thin for the shell and is loose at the shells front. and even after tightening skate a lot the heel is still a bit loose and moving when jumping. liners rubber lacing is very fragile. and some metal parts which are attached to plastic shell are not fully pressed in.skate is on the lighter side. nice for indoor or parks in genereal. guess soft plastic would not hold very long on the streets.fr oysi flat small frame is nice. for higher jumps worth taking a longer one. just the frame bolts that came with the frame are made of butter. as standard frame bolts were to poped out and touching wheels, had to use those fr oysi bolts. when tightening got to screw up on of the screws. too a while to take it out. guess both could adjust. fr/oysi make stronger screw heads. and standard add milimeter or two deeper hole for the bolts head so it would not touch wheels.uc wheels 60mm 90a. made in usa. they are off-centered. not round. and when riding there are vibrations which can be felt and heard. it was from the very first steps on all the wheels.tested on different axels and frames. then noticed that when spinning each wheel, there is very tiny "bouncing". which is barely visible to the eye, unless you add some stable object close to the wheel to notice difference in distances when its spinning.also when sliding down the plywood ramps i noticed that wheels are wearing pretty fast.i liked older uc wheels. destroyed many 80 mm wheels sliding on rough asphalt. they were holding well given the amount of frictions and conditions.where do they make those uc wheels now? is it aend industries / piper? or have ps switched to other manufacturer?

Thank you for your very specific feedback which concerns the products ordered and their quality but not the quality of our services (which is what the customer opinion was requested for). So your rating is not very representative of our company.

I see that you have a lot of "problems" with the equipment ordered, despite everything I will try to answer them point by point.

About the boots, the softer plastic is precisely the new feature of this V2, it is indeed good for the park but also for the street, it does not wear out any faster according to the first feedback and your opinion is therefore unfounded. The slippers are two sizes, so it is normal that you have some margin if your feet are on the small side of the two sizes, in this case, the morphology of your foot may just not be suitable for skating, or vice versa... not everything can fit everyone.
We agree with you on the elastic lacing which is, for us, not efficient enough.
Regarding the metal parts not pressed enough into the hull, you can freely turn the screw again to place them.

For the plates we do not agree with the fact that the axles are "butter", we use these plates ourselves since they are out and no problem has been noted. If your axles have deteriorated with the key while screwing them, you should probably check the condition of your key, or screw less tightly (these are not truck wheels) and above all aim well in the linear axis without forcing. In fact the OYSI/FR frames are mounted with their own screws (which are sold with them) which is why they are supplied, we adapt the frame screws to the frame and not the boot screws to the frame.

Concerning the wheels, again we have not had any feedback in this regard, so I am surprised by the problem you are experiencing (is that on the 8 wheels ordered?) but it can happen. We do not have the answers to your questions on manufacturing but I strongly invite you to return to PS with these questions to obtain the answers and even a set of wheels in exchange for after-sales service.

All your feedback on your personal opinions is more on the material produced by the brands than on our services, so do not hesitate to send them directly.

Bonjour Yves, désolé que vous ne soyez pas satisfait que le sachet de l'article soit déjà ouvert à réception. L'emballage a pu être écrasé et ouvert pendant le transport, ou en effet, comme nous avons une boutique physique est il possible que nous ayons ouvert le paquet pour montrer le produit à nos clients.
Toutes fois, le produit reste bien neuf et intact. Si toutes fois il y a un souci avec le produit n'hésitez pas à revenir vers nous pour un retour/échange.
