C'est bien d'avoir beaucoup de produits en ligne. Mais c'est beaucoup mieux de les protéger correctement pour que le client les reçoivent intacts. Sur 6 commandes seulement 1 n'a pas fait l'objet d'un SAV.

Service après vente très mauvais, à la limite de la légalité et anti commercial au possible, refuse de rembourser quand ils ne peuvent pas livrer, frais de livraison exagéré,…. Vraiment plus aucune envie d’acheter chez vous.

J'ai déjà effectué plusieurs achats sur myhobbyplace et je ne suis jamais déçu. Envois plutôt rapide, prix attractifs et SAV à l'écoute et réactif (petite embrouille au niveau de l'adresse pendant les fêtes de fin d'année mais très vite réparée par l'équipe).
