la communication est excellente, pour des produits qui ne sont pas en stocks on m’a fait un suivi de qualité et ma commande a été gérée très rapidement… pas comme sur certains concurrents où j’attends encore la réception alors que ça fait 3 mois… définitivement je passerais par myhobbyplace pour l’ensemble de mes autres achats

excellent site, je recommande. 20% sur une grande partie du catalogue gw c'est déjà un argument de taille, mais la réactivité sur service client c'est un énorme confort. je m'étais trompé dans l'adresse de livraison, mon soucis a été réglé dans l'heure et je recevais ma commande à la bonne adresse 2 jours plus tard. foncez
