très déçu par mon expérience.les délais de réapprovisionnement sont extrêmement longs (jusqu’à plusieurs semaines, voire un mois), et surtout, il n’y a aucune visibilité claire pour le client. même en faisant attention au moment de commander et en vérifiant les disponibilités, on se retrouve après coup avec des produits manquants, sans information fiable sur les délais.c’est particulièrement frustrant, car la commande semble validée normalement, mais on découvre ensuite qu’elle est incomplète. résultat : perte de temps, attente imprévisible et une vraie dégradation de l’expérience d’achat.à ce stade, je préfère payer un peu plus cher ailleurs et avoir une livraison rapide et fiable, plutôt que de subir ce manque de transparence.c’est vraiment dommage, car avec une meilleure gestion des stocks et une communication plus claire, l’expérience pourrait être bien meilleure.
