j'ai commandé un livre 4 fois, arrivé les 4 fois défoncés car le packaging fait que le livre ne survit pas au transport.autant j'ai pu renvoyé le livre mais le support se fiche pas mal des retours fait sur la manière dont l'emballage est fait... ça ne demande pas d'effort de garantir que les livres ne se fassent pas abîmé et pourtant rien n'est fait.on m'a dit que c'est un aléa du transport de recevoir un livre en mauvais état, limite il faudrait que je sois content avec cette situation.

j’ai eu un souci avec un des produits de la commande, souci fournisseur donc myhobbyplace n’y pouvait rien, mais ce qui m’a déçu c’est le manque de communication de leur part sans que je ne vienne aux nouvelles et aucune offre de remplacement proposée.
