avoir changé de transporteur (poste,dpd) par ups et mauvais ,je suis a chaque fois chez moi mais le livreur viens pas et va direct au point relais a 11km de chez moi ,donc on perd le jour de la livraison pour rien et le lendemain qu'on dois trouvé quelqu'un pour nous conduire au point relais !!! bien dommage
