Quand votre colis quitte nos dépots vous recevez par email un lien de suivi.
Sur celui ci vous pouvez voir qu'il a été présenté mais qu'il n'y avait personne pour le réceptionner.
Vous avez du recevoir un second email pour vous en avertir et pour vous donner l'adresse du point relais UPS dans lequel il a été déposé.
Il vous y attend maximum 15 jours.

déçu du service après vente ,car même si soi-disant un geste en garantie as été fait et qu'il est noté partout pas de garantie sur l'électronique.il existe des mentions de garantie légale et protection clients étant moi même professionnel en mécanique automobile j'estime qu'une pièce défectueuse qui n'a fonctionné que quelques jours doit être remplacé directement ,ici dans notre cas un allumage hpi qui a tourné 3jours ,nous avons attendu plus de une semaine pour avoir un retour pris en garantie et à la réception il n'est pas complet et devons encore attendre minimum 4jours pour récupérer le stator .du coup cela donne beaucoup de problème d'organisation car mon fils vas au travail avec sont scooter normalement et là il dépend de nous et nous de c'est horaires levé vers 5h30 du matin pour aller le conduire etc....je me verrai mal expliqué à un de mes clients qu'il doit trouvé une solution pour allez travailler alors que c'est une défaillance de pièces en garantie qui aurait pu être échangé de suite.b.a.v

description of items isn't too good. i bought a front fork that was supposed to fit ct70 (honda dax) and skyteam + replica's. it turned out to be 5cm longer and was unable to fit the old head light. old skyteam caliper with extension and 200mm disc didn't fit either, need completely different setup now.customer service also didn't respond to an inquiry about a 3mm gap in between the frame and the kepspeed +4 rear swingarm.items are ok (even though i got 'open box' items), customer service could be better. wasn't able to call either.will order again in the future: motorkit has just about anything you need :-)thank you
