Comme vous pouvez le voir sur le lien de suivi que vous avez reçu et aussi dans votre compte : ce colis à été présenté mais il n'y avait personne pour le réceptionner. Il a donc été livré dans un point relais UPS ou vous pouvez aller le chercher dans les 10 jours.
