Notre politique de retour et remboursement de marchandises est claire. Soit nous avons commis une erreur, dans ce cas, le retour se fera à nos frais (il faut au préalable nous contacter et expliquer le problème sur le SAV). Soit vous avez changé d'avis ou vous vous êtes trompé dans la commande, dans ce cas, les frais de retour vous incombent (nous rembourserons uniquement la marchandise pourvu qu'elle soit dans un état impeccable).
