très mauvais service après vente, j'ai commandé un piston pour airsal t6 booster, et je reçois un piston marqué minarelli horizontal, evidemment la hauteur de piston ne corresponds pas, leur réponse par mail est déplorable, j'aurai soit disant un airsal t6 "tech"..... j'ai commandé un simple t6 sur maxiscoot point barre...

Monsieur, En effet, le logo Honda était affiché et nous avons immédiatement corrigé cette erreur. Par contre, les écrous inox envoyés étaient bien des Kitaco comme mentionné dans la description. Or, les produits de cette marque, made in Japan, sont réputés pour être de qualité supérieure et nous n'enregistrons pratiquement jamais de réclamation à leur sujet. Nous ne comprenons pas votre réaction.

Monsieur, Bien que nous fassions notre possible pour que cela n'arrive pas, nous avons bien commis une erreur en vous envoyant une autre pièce que celle commandée. Cependant, nous avons immédiatement tout mis en œuvre pour réparer cette faute et, comme vous le mentionnez, vous avez reçu le bon cylindre dans les 4 jours. Dès lors, nous trouvons votre avis très sévère.
