Notre politique de retour et remboursement de marchandises est claire. Soit nous avons commis une erreur, dans ce cas, le retour se fera à nos frais (il faut au préalable nous contacter et expliquer le problème sur le SAV). Soit vous avez changé d'avis ou vous vous êtes trompé dans la commande, dans ce cas, les frais de retour vous incombent (nous rembourserons uniquement la marchandise pourvu qu'elle soit dans un état impeccable).

levering is heel snel maar het verkeerde product. heb dit aangegeven als reactie krijg ik dat het wel het goed product is dat ze hebben geleverd. ik heb een foto en product nummer doorgegeven in de hoop dat ze het juist zouden opsturen maar krijg nu geen reactie meer. hele erg jammer om het zo af te doen! zeer slecht!
