Wir haben zwei erste E-Mails ausgetauscht, auf die ich immer weniger als einen Tag später geantwortet habe.
Sie haben mir dann an einem Freitagnachmittag eine dritte E-Mail geschickt, um mir eine Frage zu stellen, nach der ich mich mit dem Hersteller in Verbindung setzen musste, weil ich die Antwort nicht wusste.
Nicht einmal einen Tag nach Ihrer Anfrage, also am Samstagmorgen um 9:04 Uhr, haben Sie auf dieser Website eine Nachricht veröffentlicht, dass ich nicht auf Ihre E-Mails reagiere....! Der Hersteller arbeitet nicht an den Wochenenden....erst am Montag konnten wir die Frage beantworten!
Das ist nicht fair und sehr schade, denn wir haben alles getan, um Sie zufrieden zu stellen und haben immer innerhalb einer mehr als akzeptablen Frist geantwortet.....

Danke für diese Stellungnahme und es tut mir wirklich leid. Unser Mitarbeiter dachte, dass er das Richtige tat, indem er die Bestellung nur 30 Minuten nach ihrer Aufgabe vorbereitete, so dass Sie sie unbedingt noch am Freitag erhalten sollten. In der Eile hat er nicht auf die abweichende Lieferadresse geachtet. Wir entschuldigen uns dafür und werden unsere Kontrollen verdoppeln!
