je suis p,us que satisfait, je suis charmé par cette boutique et son professionnalisme !mon paiement ayant été validé le 5mars, je trouve bizarre de ne pas avoir reçu mon colis lundi ou mardi ( nous sommes jeudi 15 mars) mais c est la premiete fois que j utilise la livraison en relais et pas directement chez moi, et bien j zi ecrit un mzil mqrdi soir et des le lendemain matin, j avais une reponse claire, agreable et professionnelle plus l explication pour pouvoir tracer mon relais colis sur le net. j ai été tout a l heure en sortant du travail et j ai donc reçu mon colis, la caissière du carrefour a été très étonnée car j ai du lui montrer ma pièce d identité en détail et signe alors que d habitude ces formalité sont pour les téléphone portable a 800euros !! et je n ai passé qu' une commande d a peu près 50 euros c est vous dire le souci de qualité et de suivi, je recommande se site a tous points et pour terminer l emballage et parfait et très s3curise, mes produits et leurs emballages d origines sont en parfait état et juste à titre d exemple, l outil a réparer citadel qui est en rupture depuis 2bou 3 ans mais que je voulais a tout pris, coûte 15euros a la base et je l ai payé 5...voilà en espérant que mon commentaire aider à de futurs acheteurs a passer le pas.lenovo les photos ^^
