Je ne comprend pas très bien quelle mauvaise surprise vous avez eue.
Les frais de ports sont, il me semble, clairement indiquer avant le payement. De plus, 8 CHF pour une expédition en courrier A me parait très correct.
Merci de nous donner plus d'explications pour que l'on puisse améliorer la situation si nécessaire.
