Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps pour nous transmettre votre opinion.
Concernant les prix de nos produits, nous nous efforçons d’être au plus juste notamment en pratiquant les prix de ventes conseillés par nos fournisseurs.
De plus, pour limiter des frais supplémentaires à nos clients, nous avons fait le choix de ne pas facturer les frais de manutentions (carton, papier d’emballage, système de protection…) et offrons les frais de ports dès 150,- d’achat.
Nous essayons de faire au mieux pour satisfaire notre clientèle en proposant un traitement des commandes et des demandes clients dans les plus brefs délais.
Néanmoins, nous avons bien pris note de votre remarque et allons continuer de faire au mieux pour vous satisfaire.

extremely competent, best service in switzerland for scale modeling by far. placed an order which was straight away prepared. one item not found straight away because the shop had moved but the owner replied so fast to give me options. i am patient so i waited, it took literally half a day and he found the item replied and sent it in the same day. this amazed me, so far no one has been that quick. communication is amazing.organization and packaging is top delivery speed is brilliant.information to your order is precise and easy to follow, with great sense of security.products all came in a very well packed box.trouble solving by the owner is some of the best.this is my go to shop. definitely recommended 100%
