bonjour ,frais de ports sur facturés (200€) au lieu de 80€ compte tenu de la quantité et du poids.la personne commerciale en accord avec ce problème devait le régler sous quelques jours, mais cela fait 4 mois et malgré mes nombreux appels , pas de nouvelles.
