Nous aurions préféré que vous soyez partager entre nous contacter par téléphone ou nous contacter par email pour demander quand même un échange. En effet votre commande est du 05/02 et votre avis du 05/03, un mois après... vous avez pris du temps pour vérifier les tailles une fois le matériel reçu.
Il n'y a pas de tableau de taille dans notre fiche produit puisque seules tailles qui sont indiquées sont S/M/L/XL (nous allons voir avec la marque pour obtenir un tableau de tailles si ils en ont), je ne sais donc pas où vous avez pu trouver un tableau de tailles?
Ceci étant dit, nous sommes toujours prêts à arranger nos clients, même si le délais est dépassé vous pouvez renvoyer le short de protection pour demander un échange (le remboursement ne passera pas puisque le délais est largement dépassé), nous pourrons donc vous le reprendre si il est neuf et avec son emballage d'origine, ensuite nous vous ferons un avoir que vous puissiez commander autre chose de votre choix.

I see that you have a lot of "problems" with the equipment ordered, despite everything I will try to answer them point by point.
About the boots, the softer plastic is precisely the new feature of this V2, it is indeed good for the park but also for the street, it does not wear out any faster according to the first feedback and your opinion is therefore unfounded. The slippers are two sizes, so it is normal that you have some margin if your feet are on the small side of the two sizes, in this case, the morphology of your foot may just not be suitable for skating, or vice versa... not everything can fit everyone.
We agree with you on the elastic lacing which is, for us, not efficient enough.
Regarding the metal parts not pressed enough into the hull, you can freely turn the screw again to place them.
For the plates we do not agree with the fact that the axles are "butter", we use these plates ourselves since they are out and no problem has been noted. If your axles have deteriorated with the key while screwing them, you should probably check the condition of your key, or screw less tightly (these are not truck wheels) and above all aim well in the linear axis without forcing. In fact the OYSI/FR frames are mounted with their own screws (which are sold with them) which is why they are supplied, we adapt the frame screws to the frame and not the boot screws to the frame.
Concerning the wheels, again we have not had any feedback in this regard, so I am surprised by the problem you are experiencing (is that on the 8 wheels ordered?) but it can happen. We do not have the answers to your questions on manufacturing but I strongly invite you to return to PS with these questions to obtain the answers and even a set of wheels in exchange for after-sales service.
