Bonjour et merci beaucoup pour votre message. Ravi de lire que vous testez nos produits et un grand merci à votre nutritionniste Aurélie ! Effectivement vous pouvez faire les deux ! La protéine de riz et pois ne sont pas classé cru, donc vous pouvez l’ajouter dans des soupes, bolognaises véganes, etc. etc. ou le manger cru dans des smoothies, yoghourts, sauces salades, etc. etc. Seulement la protéine de chanvre et classé cru donc elle pourra perdre un peu ses valeurs nutritifs (surtout les vitamines sensibles à la chaleur). Mais globalement la protéine super végan se marie très bien avec des mets crus ou cuits. En vous remerciant pour votre confiance et en vous souhaitant une super santé ! Felix Buchbinder
