Bonjour,
Maintenant que nous avons trouvé le problème qu'il a eu avec l'adressage de votre colis (numéro dans la rue manquant), pourquoi cette évaluation à une étoile ?
Nous nous battons chaque jour pour chaque commande afin de faire un travail impeccable, l'adressage et la livraison des colis ne fait pas partie de notre part de travail.
Merci de nous indiquer ce que l'on aurait du faire différemment pour vous satisfaire et obtenir notre objectif soit "Très bien" avec 5 étoiles.
