Unsere Versandkosten betragen 8chf für Bestellungen von 20 bis 150chf.
Der Preis ändert sich auch bei sperrigen oder schweren Bestellungen (bis zu 30 kg) nicht. Alle Bestellungen werden auch per Priority Mail (A Mail) verschickt.

Unser Ziel ist es, dass die Kunden 100% zufrieden sind (5/5). In Ihrem Fall verstehe ich, dass die Zufriedenheit etwas geringer ist, zum Beispiel 80%. Dies entspricht einer Bewertung von 4/5.
