ai commandé de la pâte de pistaches malheureusement j’ai constaté que : le goût était à peu près correcte, la couleur trop foncé, ce qu’il laissait penser que ils avaient laisser la peau de la pistache (peut-être ils en avaient ajouté) et donc le résultat était décevant. dommage dommage!!!

Le fournisseur a modifié sa recette, c'est simplement la torréfaction qui est plus poussée. C'est pour cette raison que la pâte à pistache est beaucoup plus foncé. Nous en avons déjà fait part à notre fournisseur.
J'espère avoir pu vous éclairer concernant le produit.

eigentlich alles tip top, nur hat mich etwas erstaunt, dass das sehr familiär scheinende unternehmen anscheinend sehr komplizierte abläufe hat. ich wollte der bestellung vom freitag, am sonntag noch einen artikel beifügen, das war nicht möglich, eine annulation der bestellung wäre nur mit kostenfolge möglich gewesen, jedoch hatte ich für diese bis 11.00 uhr am montag zeit. (das heisst die ware wäre bis zu diesem zeitpunkt noch nicht verschickt gewesen.). da muss ja ein riesiger apparat hinter dem familiären team am werk sein.

Wir müssen Ihre Bestellung suchen. Es gibt eine Computerverarbeitung. Nach wir müssen die Produkt in unseren grossen Lager suchen. Manchmal wir müssen den Bestellung wieder öffnen, weil er vielleicht schon verpackt ist. Dann wir müssen es wieder einpacken.
Deshalb fordern wir eine Steuer…
