We are sorry that your order did not arrive on release day. We shipped it via PostPac Priority on the day before release, so it should normally have been delivered the following day. Unfortunately, Swiss Post delivered it three days later, despite the parcel having been handed over on time.
Although the delay occurred after the parcel had left our premises, we fully understand your disappointment, especially as you paid extra for Priority delivery. As a gesture of goodwill, we would therefore be happy to refund the additional amount paid for this shipping option.

Votre commande a bien été expédiée le jour même en PostPac Priority. Malheureusement, la Poste l'a livrée avec un jour de retard, ce qui était totalement indépendant de notre volonté. Nous comprenons néanmoins votre déception, surtout après avoir choisi un envoi prioritaire, et nous vous avons présenté nos excuses dès votre premier message.
Concernant nos prix, ils peuvent varier en fonction des quantités disponibles, de nos prix d'achat, parfois auprès de particuliers au prix du marché, ainsi que de la rareté de certains produits de collection. Nous faisons toutefois notre possible pour proposer des tarifs compétitifs, ce qui était notamment le cas pour le produit que vous avez commandé.
Nos frais d'envoi correspondent presque entièrement au montant facturé par la Poste, les rabais accordés aux entreprises comme la nôtre restant très limités. Ils couvrent également le matériel d'emballage ainsi que la préparation des commandes.
