Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung und entschuldigen uns für die fehlerhafte Lieferung.
Wir haben leider feststellen müssen, dass wir fehlerhafte Ware von unserem Lieferanten erhalten haben und Ihre Fiberglaspfähle gehören leider auch dazu.
Wir haben bereits versucht sie telefonisch zu erreichen, um einen Austausch der Pfähle vornehmen zu können. Leider bis jetzt ohne Erfolg.
Wir werden es jedoch weiterhin versuchen, denn wir setzten alles daran unseren Kunden nur die besten Waren anzubieten.

Nous avons malheureusement du constater qu'un récente livraison de notre fournisseur présente ce défaut.
Nous allons vous remplacer la totalité des piquets de votre dernière commande.
