j'ai reçu le carton ouvert au dessus. j'ai fait remonter auprès de colissimo. j'ai reçu un mail comme quoi ils ont pris en compte mes remarques.il n'y avait qu'une grosse boîte, donc son absence ce serait sentie de suite

3ieme commande chez eux. pas de problème rencontré jusqu'ici.un service de retrait sur place serait souhaitable,car payer des frais de port, alors que je n'habite pas loin et que je peux m'y rendre, parait absurde.
