they are very efficient with delivery and queries. just a suggestion for products, this time for stuffed gulab jamun and jalebi (fresh sweets), they were not good. gulab jamun was extra extra sweet with crystal sugar all over and jalbi was half cooked and soggy. it seems vendors are changed because old vendors provided good fresh sweets. i will not buy sweets again if same kind of sweets are sold again.

the store doesn't send the ordered quantity. i ordered 100g chilies 2 times and they send 1 times 100g. worse part was that it was labelled 200g and when we weighed it it was only 100g. first time it happened we thought it was a mistake but same mistake again means they are fooling people.

dear sir,just to let you know that your website looks very good and professional and the way you have categorised everything so that it bcoms easy to search.but coming to the poing of delivery, is not too professional. other markets deliver within a given period, whereas in your case the delivery is so indefinite and that makes one think twice whether to order as we cannot be waiting for the delivery to take place and inspite of calling, there was no response or email reply...but later the phone was picked up. so after this i have not ordered and that was my first time order. i have heard of this before and people have left it and never ordered again. but that is ok for people who are working from home, but for me this does not suit as i need to go to work. bcos of this i did not even recommend your market to anyone.thank you for your kind understandingbest regardsphilomena joseph
