franchement je ne suis pas déçu que cela soit par internet pour les commandes il ne manque jamais rien je reçois toujours tout à la bonne heure et même sur place on n’y est toujours bien accueilli ils sont très professionnel et gentils et en plus il ouvrent même les boites pour voir si tout y ai avant l’achat je recommande très fortement et je valide

enkel retourneren is een groot probleem. dezelfde dag van ontvangst, een retour aangevraagd, totaal geen reactie van motorkit. mijn neef heeft ook al dezelfde problemen ondervonden. dan is het voor mij ook de laatste keer geweest, en heb er al voor honderde € besteld gehad. zonde dat er dan zoiets gebeurt.

slechte service! had een motorblok met plakkende koppeling toegestuurd gekregen. pierre van de customer service bleef zeggen dat het aan mijn kabel afstelling ging terwijl dit duidelijk niet zo was. als ik lang genoeg doorging zocht hij een ander excuus. zo negeerde en ontwijkten ze het probleem bijna een half jaar lang tot ze uiteindelijk de koppeling toch wilde repareren. toen ik de monkey terugkreeg hangde deze vol zwarte olie. ronduit slechte service dus en ik gun ze geen cent meer.
