Dans le cas qui vous concerne, vous n'êtes pas au bon endroit pour réclamer. Pour ce genre de problème, vous devez vous adresser au SAV qui analysera si l'erreur nous incombe et, dans ce cas, pourvu que la marchandise soit dans un état impeccable, nous procéderons à un échange ou un remboursement.

j’ai eu une piece avec da la rouille.. pas très grave en sois puisque l’échange sera fait.. mais quand on commande des petit autocollants pourquoi les mettre comme ça dans la boîte? car il se retrouvent balloté dans la transport et le dernier ici a été un peu mal traité, pourquoi pas dans une enveloppe sur un côté de la boîte ou le mettre en sûreté coller avec un scotch quelque part ? ça évite de se balader au risque d’être endommagé..
