Vous avez reçu un lien de suivi qui vous permet de voir que votre colis à été livré dans un point relais UPS/Kiala parce que les conditions actuelles (déconfinement crise covid) ne permettent pas de vous livrer votre colis à votre adresse (manque de personnel, surcharge de travail, etc...).
