je suis vraiment très déçu par cette entreprise. quel dommage !j'ai commandé une housse de selle de scooter dont l'image montre la couleur brune et je reçois une housse de couleur noire. en les contactant ils me disent que le descriptif indique une housse noire. le problème c'est que la photo montre bel et bien une housse brune et le client s'attend à recevoir le produit correspondant à la photo. sinon il faut faire un site sans photos. je demande à recevoir une étiquette de retour et l'envoi de la housse correspondante à l'image brune sur leur site et la réponse de leur côté à été de fermer ma demande. je leur fait remarquer que j'ai toujours la demande en cours mais rien n'y fait.... ma demande est refermée une nouvelle fois et ceci trois fois.l'on voit le professionnalisme d'une entreprise dans la capacité à régler les problèmes clients. pour cette entreprise leur relation clientèle est lamentable.il existe de nombreux autres sites de ventes de pièces détachées et je vous conseille vivement de passer votre chemin.
