j'ai reçu une réponse professionnelle et rapide à ma demande d'informations par téléphone. la commande a été exécutée et envoyée tout aussi rapidement. le seul problème était le temps supplémentaire nécessaire à la livraison en raison du rush de noël de la poste et, malheureusement, il n'y avait pas de traçage disponible. mais le colis est arrivé sain et sauf.
