un article manquant a dû être commandé au fournisseur, on m'a demandé si je pouvais attendre ou si je voulais une livraison partielle, ce qui est très correct. j'ai souhaité attendre et la livraison est arrivée à la fin de la semaine annoncée. 100 % satisfaite. je visite très volontiers le site , pour le matériel et les idées créatrices.
