da es beim bezahlen mit visa card gab es probleme, so dass mir zwei mal der kaufbetragbelastet wurde. obwohl ich zweimal eine mailgesendet habe, mit der bitte mir doch den zuviel bezahlten betrag zurück zu erstatten, habe ich leider bis heute keine antwort erhalten und der betrag wurde mir auch nicht zurück gegeben. schade!freundliche grüsse roland stäger
