Merci pour votre remarque.

Nous sommes sincèrement navrés du problème rencontré. Malheureusement il semblerait que notre équipe n’est pas été contactée, sans quoi il nous est difficile de vous proposer une solution.

En effet malgré tout le soin avec lequel nous emballons les produits il peut arriver suite au transport une détérioration. Dans ce cas il suffit de nous contacter par email ou téléphone pour que le ou les produits soient remplacés dans les plus brefs délais.

Nous restons naturellement à votre disposition.
