matériel livré très rapidement: comme il se trouvait que ce matériel avait un dysfonctionnement, le patron a rappelé le samedi 5 mn après ma demande et après un diagnostic au téléphone a envoyé séance tenante un matériel de remplacement qui est arrivé en très peu de temps et fonctionne parfaitement.

n'ayant pas reçu mon colis, otomotic a été sensible à cet état de chose et a pu renvoyer le produit que j'ai finalement reçu, en retard certes, mais compte tenu de son utilisation ceci ne posait pas un réel problème. merci pour la réactivité et l'écoute dont j'ai pu bénéficier.
