normalerweise ist es sehr gut, schnell und zuverlässig. doch die dame hat trotz vorzeitigeradressänderung vor kaufabschluss, wurde es an meine alte adresse gesendet. ich habe die ware dadurch nie erhalten und ab da wurde diese dame sehr sehr unfreundlich und weigerte sich eine lösung anzubieten, noch war sie sich keiner schuld bewusst. doch ich habe alles schwarz auf weiß! das war äußerst frustrierend und anstrengend. mittlerweile habe ich das einem anwalt und meiner versicherung übergeben. da diese frau sehr beleidigend war, wollte ich es nicht einfach so hin nehmen.wir sind ein grosses team an artisten die es alle als sehr unkompetent gesehen haben und es stellte sich heraus, diese firma handhabt verlirene oder beschädigte gegenstände immer mit dieser moral!!
