très bonne relation client, entreprise très professionnelle, réajustement au besoin sans souci,exécution rapide de la commande, finesse dans le détail brodé alors que ma demande demandait de la précision avec des éléments très (trop) petits. un peu plus de conseils attendus néanmoins sur les couleurs à disposition pour que le client travaille son croquis afin de vous faciliter la réalisation, et se mettre d'accord sur celles à utiliser si les couleurs ne sont pas claires sur le croquis.
