was expecting an original gurtner oil pump but received a 3rd party mokix. gurtners cost for about 40 euro and mokix around half that price so basically paid for 2 mokix pumps. housing was clean but had usage marks and scratches. rubber seal ring is missing too. outlet did not have a protection cap but the inlet did. the pump itself runs very heavy and seems refurbished instead of new

The original part was sold for €210 and has been unavailable from the manufacturer for over two years.
Did you really think you could get a genuine part for €39 ? Especially since our website clearly states that this is a brand-new reproduction.
Sorry to break it to you, but Santa Claus doesn’t exist.
We assume you didn’t replace it just for fun. If even the original part failed, we suspect the issue might actually come from the right crankshaft bearing. We recommend checking this component to prevent another failure.
