avoid - take your custom to a business that values it's customers and deals with product quality issues.where do i start. delivery was fast and until i had issues - the service was impeccable. however, the after sales (which is what shows whether or not a company values its customers) is non existent and quite frankly - rude.i ordered an oil cooler - and despite being a qualified engineer, following the supplied instructions to the letter, and using a calibrated torque wrench - the threads stripped in the aluminium standoff at a torque barely tighter than finger tight. blamed me, told me i got kg and nm confused (one is a unit of weight, the other is a unit of torque), refused to honour warranty and ignores all correspondence.
