Bonjour,
Nous sommes étonnés que l'emballage Polini ait été abimé car lorsque nous avions monté les segments, tout était en ordre. Comme toujours, avant d'expédier, nous contrôlons l'état du cylindre et nous n'avons constaté qu'il était en ordre. Ce que vous appelez des griffes, ce sont simplement les traces d'origine de hônage ( qui permettent une bonne lubrification de l'ensemble thermique).

motorkit belgie slaagt er niet in om hetzelfde kwaliteitniveau als motorkit nederland te behalen . ditmaal waren de alu pakkingen geplooid , dus onbruikbaar geworden. de keer daarvoor zaten er de verkeerde spullen bij ….. . toen motorkit vanuit nederland opereerde heb ik dit nooit voor gehad.

pour ce qui est commande, produit, délai de livraison aucuns problèmes,par contre la livraison chronopost le colis est arrivé défoncé, de l'huile du moteur avait coulé, le surplus du carburateur cassé, je pense que le colis a valdingué dans le camion, pas sérieux...j'espère que nous n'aurons pas de surprise par la suite....

Nous sommes étonnés que l'emballage Polini ait été abimé car lorsque nous avions monté les segments, tout était en ordre. Comme toujours, avant d'expédier, nous contrôlons l'état du cylindre et nous n'avons constaté qu'il était en ordre.
