livraison non conforme à la commande pour la troisième fois de suite . 1: amortisseur commandes en rougelivrés en bleu2 : feu stop arrière livre casse (pas de nouvelle du sav depuis plus de 2 mois)3 : j’ai commandé une culasse complète à 230e et j’ai reçu un carburateur à 35e.. aucune vérification des commandes . très remonté contre motorkit

Il est vrai que nous avons commis 2 erreurs :
1) nous nous sommes trompé de couleur d'amortisseurs mais l'avons directement réparée en vous envoyant la bonne couleur.
2) nous avons commis une inversion de colis et vous avez reçu une mauvaise pièce. Cette commande vous a été intégralement remboursée.
3) en ce qui concerne le feu arrière, nous n'avons aucune trace d'un quelconque courrier à ce sujet.
