déçu ! ça fait deux fois que je commande le câble de compteur en 585 mm et que je reçois un câble en 785 mm. la première fois je n'ai rien dit car le cyclomoteur est à la campagne à 220 kms de noisy et que je m'en suis aperçu quand nous y sommes allé plus d'un moi après la livraison. les gants que j'ai reçu sont trop petit alors que c'est ma taille habituelle (9-9.5). et le livreur ups a déposé mon colis dans un point relais alors que j'ai payé pour une livraison à domicile. comment procéder pour vous retourner ce colis ?

Bien entendu, nous reprendrons la marchandise non conforme et vous dédommagerons des frais de port. Pour ce faire, nous vous invitons à contacter notre SAV car vous n'êtes pas au bon endroit pour ce gendre de problème.
