very bad. one feels that they don't know the subject they are trying to sell. then when they screw up and should pay back immediately, they don't. i paid them november 5th. for something they did not have (even though they had it on their lousy web-site). to this day, no reimbursement has been made. i can not recommend their "service".

après un achat de décodeur , j'ai dû relancer pour pouvoir obtenir l'appareil , puis un fois l'avoir reçu ce dernier n'est pas neuf ( pas de manuel mode emploi à l'intérieur, il manquait des supports, mais le responsable me là envoyé après avoir réclamer ! donc je suis navré mais je ne recommanderais plus de matériel chez ptvc.ch.salutations
