On essaie de faire un maximum de récupération au niveau des carton et sinon, d'avoir des cartons adaptés... Mais ce n'est pas toujours évidant ;o).

Une bonne idée peut-être pour la prochaine fois... commandez plus de matériel pour que l'on puisse mieux remplir le carton...

Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas savoir en avance quand les produits seront à nouveau disponibles.
Nous essayons d'éviter au maximum les ruptures de stock, ce qui est encore mieux... Mais dans votre cas, je dirais que c'est juste "pas de chance" dans le timing.
Vous pouvez toujours nous envoyez un petit message avant de valider votre commande si vous avez besoin d'info sur les ruptures de stock et on vous répondra très rapidement ;o).
