Bonjour Sabine,

Effectivement, les petites commandes (moins de 20 CHF) ont une taxe de 5 CHF qui s'ajoute dans les frais de port.
Ces commandes demandent beaucoup de travail et d'emballages pour très peu de matériel...

Afin d'éviter des frais de ports trop élevé, il faut commander pour un minimum de 20 CHF. Les frais sont ensuite seulement de 8 CHF pour du courrier A sans limite de poids ! Ce tarif est donc vraiment super pour nos clients.

Je vous remercie pour votre remarque mais ces frais ne sont pas "cachés" lors de votre commande, vous avez validé votre panier avec ces frais en connaissance de cause. De ce fait, je suis un peu déçu de votre notation à 3 étoiles. Nous nous battons tous les jours pour offrir un service tip top à chaque client.
