Suite à votre évaluation sur King-avis, j'ai recherché le problème qui a pu vous déranger. Notre objectif étant de pleinement satisfaire tous nos clients.
J'ai remarqué que l'utilisation du bon cadeau ne s'est pas déroulée comme normalement.

Nous sommes désolé pour ce soucis, nous vous avons remboursé le montant payé (la totalité) lors de votre commande directement sur votre MasterCard. Vu que le montant total correspondait presque à votre bon cadeau.

j'ai beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de recevoir un email lorsqu'un produit est à nouveau disponible. par contre le moteur de recherche ramène parfois trop de résultats.

Pour les recherches, essayez d'ajouter un autre mot pour préciser ainsi mieux sélectionner les produits. Le but étant que les produits correspondant au mieux à votre recherche apparaissent en premier...
