les produits sont toujours de bonne qualité, j’en suis toujours satisfaite. on a par contre refusé de rajouter un produit à une commande pas encore préparée sans annuler la commande précédente avec 5.- de frais. j’avais donc le choix d’annuler ou de payer deux fois les frais de port ( 8.-)dommage, pas très commercial.

Nous sommes désolés de ne pas répondre à vos attentes.
Malheureusement quand une commande est en cours de préparation, elle est souvent déjà préparée par nos collègues et prête à être envoyée. C'est pour cette raison que nous avons ce système là. De plus il y a toute la partie informatique qui nous prend du temps ( recherche de commande, annulation, remboursement, etc.)
Nous vous remercions pour votre compréhension.

bestellprozess und die lieferung verlief reibungslos und sehr gut. jedoch waren die von mir bestellten backformen bereits zerkratzt und am rand verfärbt. da ich die formen aus italien selber kenne weiss ich das dies nicht so sein dürfte. nichtsdestotrotz würde ich wieder bestellen.
