Nous comprenons votre déception concernant la livraison tardive (9 jours ouvrés) de votre commande. Le transporteur Mondial Relay est cependant le moins rapide des modes de livraison que nous proposons à nos clients. Les délais moyens de livraison de ce transporteur étaient renseignés sur notre page d'information à savoir 4 à 7 jours ouvrés avec retard possible de 24 à 48 h pour les sites en région parisienne (saturation du réseau et des points relais). Nous déplorons, bien sûr, ce délais important mais indépendant de nos services. Les modes de livraison Colissimo et GLS prévoient des délais plus courts et sont à privilégier pour des livraisons plus rapides.
Nous tenions à vous présenter nos excuses pour cette attente.
