Nous sommes navré du délais plus long que habituellement. Votre commande est tombé en pleine action Portes Ouvertes et notre service logistique s'est trouvé fortement sollicité, ce qui a rallongé le délais de livraison de quelques jours.
Nous travaillons activement pour garder les délais le plus court possible et nous sommes navré que cela n'aie pas été possible dans votre cas.
