le colis est arrivé a destination avec de la casse constatée , les figurines etaient tres mal protégées en effet le carton etait trop grand par rapport aux objets sans papier bulles ou autres papier pour les caler ...... . une demande de prise en compte sans reponse apportée a ce jour.

les articles étaient cassés malgré les photos et deux reclamations une le même jour le service client ne prend pas en compte. impossible d'émettre une réserve puisque le colis est livré dans un point relais et de fait on ne déballe pas dans un kiosque nos colis. je suis très déçu et surtout par le service client. ps: j' ai également contacté dpd sans réponse. zut 45€ de foutu car les deux plats sont cassés dans l'emballage
