j avais commandé des bras de moteur pour portail électrique. après avoir pris contact par téléphone on m'a conseillé des bras qui pouvaient s'adapter à la place de l'ancien qui était cassé. lorsque nous avons reçu les nouveaux bras ils ne s'adaptaient pas et n'étaient pas compatibles. je me retrouve avec deux bras de portail, qui ne me serviront jamais. dommage car les contacts que j'avais eu avec la personne étaient satisfaisants. que peut on faire dans ce cas. salutations distinguées jp giraudet
