il ne faut pas repousser l'envoie plus de 2 fois parce que vous n'avez pas l'objet de la commande. pour une 1ere commande comme moi, j'ai cru que c'est une arnaque au bout de 4 fois.

Merci pour votre avis. Lors de l'achat de produits non disponibles, nous les commandons chaque semaine au fournisseur et vous êtes alors tenu informé en cas de rupture de stock fournisseur. Vous pouvez alors demander le remboursement des produits non disponibles pour débloquer l'envoi du reste de votre commande si vous ne souhaitez pas attendre. Sans intervention de votre part, nous tentons chaque semaine d'obtenir les produits.
